Financial Aid and Scholarships
Graduate teaching assistantships are available for each academic year. Assistantships provide a stipend for teaching and/or performance duties assigned by the Department and include a tuition remission for both in-state and out-of-state tuition (excluding fees). Please note that out-of-state tuition is paid for the first year of the position; GTAs are expected to obtain resident status after one year. All graduate teaching assistantships are for the academic year and are renewable for a second year.
The deadline to apply for financial aid is November 15 for the spring semester and February 15 for the fall semester. Assistantship application forms can be found on the Graduate School website at http://graduateschool.colostate.edu/index.asp?url=forms.
